What we do

Five practices. One delivery team.

Diagnosis, redesign, build and handover are sold separately by most firms and then never speak to each other. We run them as one engagement, because a redesign nobody builds and a platform nobody can operate cost the same wasted year.

Specialisms

An empty stadium at twilight, cobalt seats around a floodlit pitch.

Sport

Clubs, federations and leagues. Performance and scouting data. Facilities and major events.

A quiet operations room with monitors and late afternoon light.

Technology

Platforms, systems integration, data engineering, and the reporting layer above it.

Neither is a boundary. The same diagnosis and redesign travels to any operation where the process is regulated and the numbers have to hold — public or private. Sport and technology are simply where we go deepest.

01

Operational Diagnosis

Three weeks inside the operation. Where the time goes, where the money leaks, and how much of the process is habit rather than requirement. What you get is a quantified case and a ranked list, not a slide deck.

  • Money and queue mapped end to end
  • Priority list scored rather than argued
  • A business case with one decision attached
02

Process Redesign

The cut comes before any software. Each step has to justify the risk it controls; the ones that survive are the ones a rule actually requires. Digitising twelve steps only automates the waste, so the target is half of them gone before a line of code is written.

  • The as-is observed on site, not described in a meeting
  • At least 50% of steps removed
  • The people who do the work sign off the new flow
03

Platforms and Integration

Applications that replace the workflow rather than sit beside it. Submissions, approvals and returns move through one system, and the number on the report is the number in the database. Built on open formats, because the next supplier should inherit a system rather than a hostage.

  • Workflow and approvals automation
  • Integration across the systems already in use
  • Open formats and no supplier lock-in
04

Data and Reporting

Collection, validation and reporting for the datasets an operation actually runs on. Bad data is caught at the point of submission rather than three quarters later during reconciliation, and every figure stays traceable to the record it came from.

  • Validation at the point of entry
  • Reporting built for the people who decide
  • Every figure traceable to its source record
05

Capability Transfer

Your team runs it once we leave. Training sits inside delivery rather than bolted on at the end, so the people who will own the system are the people who watched it get built. Every engagement has a defined end date, and we plan it at the start.

  • Training alongside delivery, not afterwards
  • Documentation written for operators
  • Handover with an end date agreed up front

Not sure which of the five you need?

Most engagements start with a three-week diagnosis and end up crossing at least three.
