Statera Advisory, Lda., a Portuguese limited company with its registered office in Rio de Mouro, is the controller of personal data submitted through this site. Processing is under the GDPR and Portuguese law.

If you send an enquiry we store your name, organisation, email, country, topic and message so we can reply. If you subscribe to the briefing we store your email. We keep this information for as long as the conversation is live, then for a limited archive period required for legitimate business records.

Data from a contracted engagement is governed by the statement of work, not by this notice. The client owns that data. We do not resell it and we do not use it to train a product.

We do not sell contact details. We do not use them for advertising. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond.

You may ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion by writing to info@statera-advisory.com. You may also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.
