This site is published by Statera Advisory, Lda., a sociedade por quotas registered in Portugal. It describes how we work. It is not an offer to contract. An engagement starts only when both sides sign a statement of work, under Portuguese law unless the contracting authority requires otherwise.

Content is provided as-is. We take care with it, but we do not warrant that every page is complete or current. Programmes named as sources for the FAROL method were studied; they are not a list of clients.
